Diamond Showcase Events is a collaboration of Mike West and Jonathan Oe plus the talents and contributions of many people.
Our Vision is to help Teenage Softball Athletes find their Path beyond Softball. That Path is through the Career Tracks at thousands of Collegiate Institutes that have Softball Programs. We open that door by bringing together a unique blend of Colleges, Travel Softball Teams, Players and Families.

Mike West (President & Co-CEO) – One of the driving forces of a major tournament company for 15 years, Mike was one of the originators and developers of the Showcase format. Focussed on getting female Softball Athletes seen and connected to College Programs, he relentlessly built the relationships and event content key to our Diamond Showcase Events and Camps.
Jonathan Oe (Design Director, Web Director, Co-CEO) – A key innovator and designer of the modern Girls Softball Pant and Uniform, Jonathan is the Founder and CEO of TheGluv Athletique. He joined forces with Mike to bring to life his goal of helping Female Athletes envision their life beyond Softball.
